Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, travel assistance, technical support, roadside assistance, or related BPO support roles
  • Experience handling an automotive campaign in a BPO environment is required
  • Experience handling a roadside assistance account is required
  • Knowledge or experience in automotive maintenance, vehicle systems, troubleshooting, or common vehicle-related issues is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive, technical, or vehicle maintenance training is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, communication, active listening, and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and ability to follow procedures
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure, or noisy environment
  • Professional, ethical, dependable, collaborative, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Committed to continuous learning, service improvement, and staying current with products, services, and industry practices
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, or extended hours when required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation of call details, authorizations, case updates, and resolutions within the system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure service requests and assigned tasks are completed efficiently
  • Receive and assess inbound calls, prioritizing cases based on urgency and customer needs
  • Assess vehicle-related concerns and provide accurate troubleshooting guidance using automotive and roadside assistance knowledge
  • Troubleshoot customer issues remotely and recommend appropriate solutions or next steps
  • Manage assigned cases promptly while adhering to established response times and service procedures
